Shipping Policy

Dispatch
All orders are shipped from Switzerland. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders
Pieces marked "Pre-order" (Après Minuit collection) are produced in a limited run. Estimated delivery: 5–12 December. If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, everything is shipped together once the pre-order pieces arrive. If you need your in-stock items earlier, email us and we will ship them separately.

Shipping rates
Switzerland: CHF 7.00 — free on orders from CHF 100
Germany: Standard CHF 15.00 / Express CHF 25.00
Austria: Standard CHF 15.00 / Express CHF 25.00
USA: Standard CHF 30.00
Rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
Switzerland: 1–3 business days
Germany and Austria: 3–7 business days (Express: 2–4)
USA: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer.

Wrong address or lost parcels
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
