14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece that is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.

How to return

  1. Email coupzwear@gmail.com with your order number and the piece(s) you want to return or exchange.
  2. We reply with instructions.
  3. Send the parcel within 14 days of delivery to: coupzwear, Untere Grenzstrasse 23, 8580 Amriswil, Switzerland.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Need another size? Mention it in your email and we will reserve it for you while stock lasts.
